Annual Health Check (Standards for Better Health)
On or by the 30th April 2008, all NHS Trusts were required to submit a 'declaration' to the Healthcare Commission. The main part of this 'declaration' is about how well we feel we are performing against the Healthcare Commissions Standards for Better Health. Bradford District Care Trust (BDCT) carried out a rigorous assessment and following this the Trust Board agreed that all of the standards are met.
The declaration also includes copies of comments from the Strategic Health Authority, Overview & Scrutiny Committees, Safeguarding Children Board and the Bradford District Care Patient & Public Involvement in Health Forum.

Learning Disabilities
On Thursday 12th January 2006 Bradford District Care Patient and Public Involvement in Health Forum held a Learning Disability event called person Centred Care and Service user and Care Involvement,

Have your say - Making it happen in which 95 people attended the event, there were about 50 service users and 25 were carers.
